Care For Your Hair- How to shampoo the right way

Everyone washes there hair on a regular basis but are you doing it properly?

Most people get in the shower wet thier hair, shampoo,, rinse condition and rinse again, but very few people will know that they are not doin it right, infact you could be damaging it by doing this.

Before you start to wash your hair you should always comb it, just to be sure there is no tangles before you wet the hair. Wetting the hair when it is tangled will make the tangles worse making it practically impossible to comb and will result in bad split ends.

Once you have combed your hair wet it thoroughly with warm or cold water, the best option would be to use warm water which opens the cuticles of your hair so you can wash out any oil or dirt.

When apply the shampoo always put it into the palm of your hands and rub them together until it goes foamy, then massage it into the scalp. You should not apply shampoo to the end of your hair because this dries out your hair causing it to weaken and split. DO NOT rub the ends of your hair into your scalp when shampooing because this will also tangle your hair.

Once you have done this rinse off with cold water which will close the hair cuticles and give it a nice shine.

More than likely your hair will need a second shampoo beacuse the first wash is to remove the oil and dirt and the second is to treat your hair.

Before you condition your hair squeeze away the water so the hair is just damp not dripping wet, apply a small amount of conditioner to the ends of your hair and place in a shower cap for several minutes, then rinse it off completely.

Tips For Smokey Eyes

First of all when you are applying strong makeup always focus on one area, eyes or lips, never both because the aim you are goin for is for that area to stand out.
Prepare your eyelids usings a primer (eyeshadow base) to prevent the eyeshadowed from going into the creases of your eyes during the day.
Once you have prepared your eyes start with a pale eyeshadow, white or cream and cover the whole of your eyelids all the way to your eyebrows.
Apply a pencil eyeliner to the top lid starting from the inner eye goin thicker to the middle and the outside using a black or grey eyeliner.
Colour the bottom with a lighter eyeliner i would also reccomend using a grey shadow to the bottom the eye to make it stand out that little bit more.
Now start to shade on the upper eye with the dark shaddow (black or dark grey) using an eyeshadow brush.
Blend the colour form your lash line shading upwards and across covering the eyeliner and filling the the lid to the crease of your eye. If you are going for the flick look simply use carry on blending with the shadow pointing towards the end of your eyebrow
Now build up your eyeshadow until you have the look that you desire
Finally finish off with a black mascara or black false lashes.
